I have been getting laser in the Canton location with Lynn for over a year now and I have only incredible things to rave about her and my treatments. First off, let me start by saying this I am part Italian so I have a lot of (relentless) hair. This is actually my third location trying laser hair removal and its fulfilled the saying "third times the charm" to a 'T'. I get nearly all of my body worked on and Lynn makes the treatment fly by! My appointment usually lasts about 45 minutes, but it never feels that long at all. She is so personable and professional, it's refreshing. Since she ends up pretty much seeing all of me, I have never once felt uncomfortable. She'll give me wipes to clean off my skin, holds the covering (towel/sheet) when I have to turn over, always asks if its too painful or how I'm doing. If my skin gets red (which is usually always gets a great reaction), she genuinely gets excited and informs me that any redness will go away soon. She also always offers me Aloe which helps sooth the skin. ( I don't always take it, but its appreciated that she asks). Even if she is having an off day, she always comes in with a smile and makes me feel comfortable. She always gives me plenty of time to change and knocks and waits for me to respond before coming in. ( you know how sometimes you're at the doctors and they give you a "this knock is more of an 'Im coming in knock, rather than to ask if you're decent, knock", she doesn't do that. I honestly can't say enough great things about her. I have to say I look forward to my laser appointments so we can catch up! She always asks about what's new in my life and is interested in hearing. I've actually referred several of my closest friends to get laser and told each of them to see Lynn! I would recommend anyone here! Its always clean ( the floors are super shiny and always look mopped), the bathrooms are clean and the laser rooms never look messy. The glasses you wear are always clean and the sheets you lay on are always fresh! (Lynn even added a second sheet so when I turn over I don't rip through them) So, long story short, Lynn is amazing! (honestly, everyone is) The place is super clean, everyone is really friendly and accommodating, and they know their stuff! ( We've had conversations about the science behind it and all the extra learning classes they take for it and it's really neat how knowledgeable she is about everything she does -coolsculpting as well)

I'm happy with the progress of my treatments and am hopeful that after all six appointments my bikini area will be hair-free. I had a little bit of a slow start and had more regrowth than I expected after the first treatment, but now one day after my third treatment I'm seeing almost no regrowth. Three more to go and that should do the trick. I'm really looking forward to no more shaving of my bikini line.
