Juvéderm® Fillers at UniQ Laser Center
Candidates for Juvéderm®
Juvéderm® is a safe and effective treatment for many adults who are concerned about lost facial volume and facial wrinkles. It can also be a great option for those whose cosmetic goals include augmenting the chin, cheeks, and/or lips.
Every patient’s needs differ, so a consultation with one of our providers is the best way to find out if Juvéderm® is the ideal treatment for you. During your consultation, our provider will evaluate your facial structure and tissue and review your medical history, so we can develop a customized treatment plan that meets your needs.
What Is a Juvéderm® Treatment Like?
Juvéderm® treatments are quick, convenient, and performed on-site at our state-of-the-art UniQ Laser Centers in Watertown, Saugus, Needham and Canton. After determining the optimal Juvéderm® filler and injection sites for achieving your desired results, our provider will use a gentle, refined technique to administer the necessary injections.
What to Expect after Juvéderm® Injections
No downtime is required after a Juvéderm® treatment, though you will be advised to refrain from vigorous physical activity, alcohol consumption, and exposure to excessive heat for about 24 hours following your procedure. Minor swelling or bruising at the injection sites can occur, but these symptoms are typically short-lived.
How Long Do Juvéderm® Results Last?
Restylane® fillers are absorbed by the body over time, so periodic retreatment will be needed to maintain results. Restylane®-L typically lasts about 6 months. Restylane® Kysse can last up to 12 months.
How Long Do Juvéderm® Results Last?
Juvéderm® fillers are intended to provide temporary enhancement and can last from 6 months to 12 months before retreatment is needed. The longevity of your results will depend on the location of the treatment area, the Juvéderm® product used, and additional factors.
How Much Does Juvéderm® Cost?
The price associated with your Juvéderm® treatment will reflect the type of filler used and the amount of filler needed for optimal results. Complete cost information will be given to you during your consultation after your personalized treatment plan has been created.

- Juvéderm® Ultra XC – Juvéderm® Ultra XC is often used to fill facial creases and wrinkles, as well as to reduce “lipstick lines” around the mouth and add volume to the lips.
- Juvéderm® Ultra Plus XC – This Juvéderm® filler works to minimize moderate-to-severe facial folds in the midface and lower face, including smile lines.
- Juvéderm® Volbella – Juvéderm® Volbella is designed to smooth away perioral lines, augment the lips, and fill under-eye hollows.

Juvéderm® FAQs
When will I see my Juvéderm® results?
Which Juvéderm® filler is right for me?
The ideal filler for your needs can be determined during your consultation. Our provider will consider your overall aesthetic goals, facial anatomy, and other factors to identify which filler will provide optimal results.
Is Juvéderm® the best cosmetic injectable for wrinkle reduction?
Juvéderm® is a great option for facial wrinkles caused by declining skin elasticity and age-related volume loss. However, BOTOX® is a better treatment option for lines and creases caused by repetitive facial muscle movements. In some cases, our providers recommend a combination treatment approach that includes both Juvéderm® and BOTOX®.
